STARTS is an initiative of the European Commission to foster alliances of technology, science and artistic practice to nurture innovation and benefit the art world. By directly linking the STARTS initiative to the goal of triple transformation (fostering the digital, social, and in particular ecological transition), STARTS Ec(h)o will ensure the impact of a multitude of European STARTS efforts for the long term by building on the specific expertise of experienced consortium partners.
